Easy Thai Panaeng Curry Recipe

Thai Pamaeng Curry
Regal Thai Panang Curry Paste


  • 5 tbsp “Regal Thai®” Panang Curry Paste
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable cooking oil
  • 150 ml “Regal Thai®” Coconut Cream
  • 250 g Chicken or meats.
  • 1 kaffir lime leaf, thinly sliced.
  • Fish Sauce and Palm sugar to taste


  1. Add vegetable oil and scoop the curry paste into frying pan at low heat. Stir until the curry paste well blend with cooking oil
  2. Add 4 tbsp. coconut cream to the curry paste, stir in medium heat until boiled.
  3. Add chicken or meats, stir until thoroughly cooked.
  4. Add the remainder of coconut cream stir, bring to boil
  5. Add fish sauce and palm sugar to taste and garnished with kaffir lime leaf and serve hot with “Regal Thai” Jasmine Rice.
