Seafood Stir Fry Rice Vermicelli

Seafood stirfry
Regal Thai Vermicelli Noodles


  • 150 g “Regal Thai” Rice Vermicelli
  • 25 g Fresh prawn, shelled and de-veined
  • 20 g Fresh squid, shelled and cut in pieces
  • 20 g Fresh fish (any of your choice)
  • 20 g Carrot, diced
  • 20 g Broccoli, cut in piece
  • ½ Tbsp “Regal Thai” Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp “Regal Thai” Natural Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp “Regal Thai” Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ cup Chicken Broth


  1. Soak rice vermicelli in fresh water about 5 minutes until soft and set aside.
  2. Add vegetable oil into cooking pan with medium heat.
  3. Add chopped garlic and stir until a bit yellow, add prawn, squid and fish, stir well.
  4. Season with oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar.
  5. Add all vegetables and stir again until cooked.
  6. Add rice vermicelli and chicken broth, then stir again and serve.
