Delicious “Pad Thai” Recipe

Phad Thai Noodles
Regal Thai Rice Noodles


  • ½ cup “Regal Thai®” Phad Thai Sauce
  • 240 g “Regal Thai®” Rice Noodles
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
  • ¼ cup Tofu sliced into small pieces
  • 120 g Prawns Fresh and Peeled
  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts, rooted picked
  • 1 Egg (Omelette, Cut into small pieces)
  • 1-2 tbsp Lime Juice (Optional)
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Toasted Peanuts (Optional)
  • 1 tsp Thai Chili Powder (Optional)


  • Fresh Red Chili
  • Spring Onion
  • Fresh Lime Wedges


  1. Soak Rice Noodles in cold water till soft (not soggy), Drain well, Set aside
  2. Heat up oil in the wok until almost smoking
  3. Add chopped garlic and tofu into the wok, Stir fry until cooked but not brown.
  4. Add the prawns and stir quickly. Do not overcook
  5. Add the Rice Noodles, omelette, while stir-frying season with Phad Thai Sauce, lime juice (optional), Thai chili Powder (Optional)
  6. Finally add the bean sprouts and quickly toss into hot wok. Garnish the dish and top with fresh red chili, spring onion and lime wedges

Tips: Phad Thai dish can be seasoned before eating with Fish Sauce or soy sauce for saltiness, sugar for sweetness, lime juice for sourness, chili powder for spicyness and peanuts for crunchiness.
