Thai Massaman Curry
Regal Thai Massaman Curry Paste


  • 5 tbsp “Regal Thai®” Massaman Curry Paste
  • 300 ml “Regal Thai®” Coconut Milk
  • 120 g Potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes, boiled
  • 50 g Cooked Pearl Onion.
  • 300 g Chicken thigh (with or without skin)
  • 2 tbsp Roasted peanut, grounded
  • 1 tbsp “Regal Thai®” fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Palm Sugar


  1. Boil the chicken thigh in coconut milk (save about 3 tbsp. for later use) until just done take out of stove and keep.
  2. In another pot heat the remaining coconut milk with the curry paste until cooked. Be careful not to burn it.
  3. Add the chicken pieces into the paste mixture along with coconut milk. Add peanuts and simmer until chicken is tender.
  4. Once boiled, season with fish sauce and palm sugar
  5. Add potatoes, cooked pearl onions simmer for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
  6. Serve hot with ‘Regal Thai®’ Jasmine Rice
