Thai Yellow Curry
Regal Thai Yellow Curry Paste


  • 100 g “Regal Thai®” Yellow Curry Paste
  • 300 ml “Regal Thai®” Coconut Milk
  • 300 g. Chicken
  • 200 g. Potatoes, peeled and cut into cube.
  • 1 tbsp Shallot, deep fried


  1. Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes until cooked and set aside.
  2. Add the yellow curry paste with 100ml of coconut milk, stir well over a medium heat
  3. Add chicken info a pan and stir until cooked
  4. Add the rest (200ml) of the coconut milk and cooked potatoes into the pan. Keep stirring occasionally.
  5. Add fish sauce to taste and garnish with deep fried shallots. Serve hot with “Regal Thai” Jasmine Rice.
