Famous “Tom Yum Soup” Recipe

Regal Thai Yellow Curry Paste


  • 100 g “Regal Thai®” Tom Yum Paste
  • 50 ml “Regal Thai®” Coconut Milk
  • 400 ml Water
  • 200 g Shrimp or chicken
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • “Regal Thai®” Fish Sauce and Lime to taste
  • 4 sprigs chopped coriander leaves
  • Bird’s eye Chili for Garnish


  1. In a cooking pot, bring water to the boil.
  2. Add Tom Yum paste and coconut milk to the water and return to the boil
  3. Add fresh mushrooms and boil until its done.
  4. While the soup is boiling add the prawns.
  5. Turn off the heat, add fish sauce and lime juice to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and fresh red chili. Serve immediately.
